Elaboration

The grapes are sorted, pressed and fermented. A second fermentation is carried out which results in fine bubbles in the wine.

Recommended Serving Temperature: 6ºC
Alcohol Content: 11.00% vol.

Aspect

Intense red in colour, with crimson-violet undertones with some bubbles.

Aroma

Light aromas of fresh fruit together with touches of red fruits of the forest.

Taste

In the mouth it is strong and the aromas of red fruit such as raspberry, redcurrant and blackcurrant come to the fore forming a smooth and fine combination that is extremely easy to drink.
