Chardonnay
The must is fermented in French oak for three weeks in a temperature controlled winery at 14ºC. The wine is then aged in the same barrels for 9 months until bottling. Batonnage is used during the winemaking process.

Straw yellow with green and gold highlights.
There are a lot of toasty and smoky aromas due to the barrel fermenting and ageing, mixed with fruity aromas such as apricot and almonds. Woodland undergrowth is also noticeable combined with touches of vanilla.
