This wine has been made under the strict guidance of the CCPAE (Catalan Council of Organic Agricultural Production). This means that it complies with the regulations governing organic winemaking techniques. The production process has been designed to ensure that it fully retains its essential nature. The wine has been fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.

It is fresh and light, but with sufficient structure to hold up in the mouth. It displays gentle warmth, giving it a marked southern character.
