The vineyard
Grape growing in the Terra Alta region is carried out on natural terraces, relatively steeply sloping and very permeable, allowing rainwater to filter downwards very quickly.
The grape varieties of the region, mainly reds, include Grenache, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Tempranillo.
The following white grape varieties are used for the white wines: White Grenache, Macabeu, Chardonnay and Muscat.
